Recipe

Sriracha & Honey Roasted Acorn Squash

Sriracha makes everything better! Our Sriracha Seasoning Blend captures the garlicky sweet chile

heat of Sriracha-style hot sauce in an easy to use, shelf-stable dry seasoning blend. Add the flavor

without adding the liquid.

2 medium acorn squash

4 tablespoons butter, melted

1 tablespoon Sriracha Seasoning Blend

1 tablespoon Honey Powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Heat an oven to 400°.

Rinse the squash with cold water. Cut the squash in half. Lay the halves down flat and cut half rounds

about 1” thick. Scrape out the seeds.

Combine the Sriracha Seasoning Blend, Honey Powder and salt. Brush each slice with butter and

season both sides with the spices. Arrange he squash on a baking tray and sprinkle any remaining

butter and seasoning over.

Roast the squash for 6 minutes and turn the pieces over. Finish roasting for another 6-8 minutes. The

squash should be tender but not fall apart.
