The classic flavors of authentic, Mexican-style Pollo Asado (grilled chicken) are more convenient than ever with this Garlic Lime Chile Spice.

Pollo Asado (Grilled Chicken Breasts)
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons Garlic Lime Chile Seasoning, divided
2 tablespoons canola oil
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded to 1-inch thick
1 large tomato, diced
2 jalapeños, stemmed, seed and diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
handful fresh cilantro, chopped
1/2 red onion, diced
refried beans, for serving
Whisk together 1/2 cup Garlic Lime Chile Seasoning and canola oil in a large bowl.
Add chicken and toss well.
Cover bowl, and refrigerate for 12 to 24 hours.
Heat a grill over medium-high heat.
Cook chicken breasts until browned, 3 to 5 minutes.
Flip chicken breasts, and continue cooking until a meat thermometer registers an internal
temperature of 150°F, 3 to 5 minutes.
Combine 2 tablespoons Garlic Lime Chile Seasoning, tomato, jalapeños, garlic, cilantro and red onion
in a medium bowl.
Serve chicken with salsa on top, and refried beans on the side.
