Pho Seasoning Blend is a convenient way to transform any type of broth into an intensely aromatic bowl of Vietnamese pho soup. Authentic Vietnamese flavors, including black cardamom, star anise, cinnamon and Szechwan peppercorns are blended into an easy-to-use powder that can be stirred into broth or used as a flavorful seasoning for mayonnaise, salad dressings, cold noodle salads or ceviche.
